Reflection
This project reached beyond my comfort zone. I have never been interested in politics, and therefore knew very little going into this project about. I was responsible for creating the poster board and helping with research. While doing the research, I learned a lot about the two Presidential candidates and their stances on certain issues. Before the project began, I hardly knew anything about each candidate's stances and I had no intention to find out. After being educated on the issues they were to decide upon, I realized how important it is to have an opinion and to vote accordingly. I also realized how necessary it is to fully understand both sides, in order to make an informed decision. This project has changed my opinion of politics and helped me realize the importance of unbiased information. We were given the opportunity to share our new found knowledge with community members to help them make informed decisions, just as I will try to do in every aspect of life.
